What you’ll be creating:
🎨 Brand identities that stand out in crowded markets
📱 Social media graphics that stop the scroll
📄 Pitch decks that win clients
🌐 Website designs that convert
📦 Packaging, brochures, marketing collateral
✨ Everything from logos to full brand systems
🚀 Experimental work – we love pushing boundaries
You’re our designer if:
✅ Your portfolio makes our jaws drop (this is everything)
✅ You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
✅ You understand brand consistency but aren’t afraid to break rules
✅ You can work fast without sacrificing quality
✅ You take feedback like a pro and iterate quickly
✅ You get typography, color theory, composition – the fundamentals
✅ You’re comfortable designing for digital AND print
✅ 1-4 years experience (or a portfolio that speaks louder than years)
